Running from May 24 – 28th the show is set is to be another fabulous event showing the latest trends in garden design, new plant introductions and a whole host if fascinating plant displays in the Grand Pavilion. The RHS Chelsea Flower Show will also celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, marking the occasion with a variety of decorative floral and plant displays. It’s cheaper if you’re a member, though – it’s £66 for members, and the first day of the show is exclusively open to members too. The 2021 Chelsea Flower Show was postponed from its typical May date to the autumn because of the pandemic and lockdown measures. With unique, veiny leaves, the purple-hued plant beat 19 other species in this year's coveted competition. Following this garden theme, this summer might be a great time to read Kim Wilson’s book, In the Garden with Jane Austen. The main Show Gardens are always a highlight of any Chelsea Flower Show and the confirmed line-up for 2022 promises to deliver an abundance of ideas.
